Terms and Conditions

All discount pass holders are subject to Beaver Brook’s 24-hour cancellation policy. The club reserves the right to revoke a discount pass without refund, if rules and regulations set forth by the club are not strictly adhered to (both on the course and inside the clubhouse).

Discounts are only available for active pass holders. Guests of Discount Pass holders must pay full price unless they purchase their own pass.

Discount pass holder must be playing at the time they book (cannot book for someone else to get them a discount).

Tee times may be made up to 7 days in advance. When you call to make your reservation, our staff will ask for the number of players in your group and the day and time you would like to play. We will do our best to accommodate you. We will require a phone number—and on weekends—a credit card number, to reserve the time.

We reserve the right to charge full fees for each no-show and short show in your party, so please call in advance if your group size changes. Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to your tee time.

Proper golf attire is required.
